Punk Rock Hair Returns to Wicker Park Fest!

Wicker Park Fest is back for another two days of rockin’ music this weekend, July 28-29, and Psychobaby will be on the scene with our popular punk rock kids’ hair station in tow! 

Stop by our table (located at the intersection of Milwaukee and Wood) for faux hawks and colorful hair streaks on your way to listen Mary Macaroni, or Don’t Speak...a No Doubt Cover Band. 

Let the grown-ups rock out to Lucero or The Drums while you burn off some energy in the bouncy house, decorate cookies, explore the nature tent, and enjoy arts & crafts and more in the kids’ area of the fest! There is a little something for everyone and Kids Fest runs from 12-6pm Saturday and Sunday. Proceeds from Kids Fest benefit Jonathan Burr Elementary School, 

so have all the fun you want - it’s for a good cause!

Summer Boredom Buster: Family Fun Festival in Millennium Park!

Has the routine of playing in the park or hanging out at the library gotten a little old? Perhaps your Psychobaby (or mommy!) has reached their wits end with running errands? We are always looking for something entertaining to get out of the summer activities slump, and a stop at the Family Fun Tent in Millennium Park is just what the doctor ordered!

Starting today, and running every day from 10am-3pm through September 2, activities from story hour and hip hop yoga, to Chic-A-Go-Go dance tv and Wiggleworms will keep kids of all ages entertained long enough for parents to take a breather. Admission is free, and activities are constantly changing. Check out the Family Fun Festival schedule for all of the happenings. What’s your favorite destination for mixing up your summer routine?
